Prof. Ridhima Tewari was invited by VIT Vellore to be a resource person for its Faculty Induction Programme. Prof. Tewari conducted two sessions on Pedagogy and Communication Skills on the 3/7/2025,addressing about 150 new faculty members of the Institute

On July 9, 2025, IIT Dharwad welcomed a group of SC/ST students from government hostels in Belagavi as part of a unique outreach initiative by the Karnataka Social Welfare Department. Dr. C. Ravikumar, Associate Professor and Associate Dean (Outreach).

IIT Dharwad @ Climate Corps Summer School 2025! We’re proud to be among the 35 universities from 25 countries participating in the Climate Corps Summer School 2025, hosted by Korea University, Seoul 🇰🇷 in collaboration with UNDP.

Dr. Ramesh Nayaka presented a technical paper titled "Computational Modeling and Parametric Analysis of 3D Concrete Printing for Buildability Assessment" at the Asia-Pacific International Conference on Additive Manufacturing (APICAM 2025).

Mr. Mahender Reddy R (Dept. of Civil and Infrastructure Engineering, IIT Dharwad) delivered an oral presentation at the 6th International Conference on Environmental Geotechnology, Recycled Waste Materials and Sustainable Engineering (EGRWSE-2025).

Prof. Ameer Mulla participated in the Academia-Industry Interaction Meeting organized by FCRIT,Navi Mumbai,aimed at discussing state-of-the-art technologies and open research challenges with experts from industries, DRDO,TIFR, & other premier institutions

Mr. Ajith Kumar Pogu conducted a yoga session at the University of Agricultural Sciences, Dharwad, on the occasion of International Day of Yoga. The event was engaging and impactful, featuring the "Miracle of Mind" app developed by Sadhguru.

Prof. P. Vigneshwara Raja Raja delivered a talk on “Gate-connected and Source-connected field-plate influences on thermal resistance of AlGaN/GaN HEMTs” in the symposium on Microelectronics and MEMS in the “Honor of Prof. Amitava DasGupta”.

Dr. Ramesh Nayaka from the Department of Civil & Infrastructure Engineering was invited to serve as the Chief Guest for the Inauguration of the Project Symposium – 2025 and Project Expo at Tontadarya College of Engineering, Gadag, held on 15th May 2025.

IIT Dharwad proudly celebrated the 11th International Day of Yoga on 21st June 2025 with a vibrant and peaceful yoga session from 7:30 AM to 8:30 AM. Faculty, students, and staff actively participated in this event.
