Prof. Ridhima Tewari was invited by VIT Vellore to be a resource person for its Faculty Induction Programme. Prof. Tewari conducted two sessions on Pedagogy and Communication Skills on the 3rd of July, 2025, addressing about 150 new faculty members of the Institute. Her sessions were aimed at orienting the new faculty members of the teaching-learning processes within institutes of technology, and at enhancing academic interactions within classrooms. The FIP was organised by the Teaching Learning Centre of Excellence of VIT Vellore.
