Prof. Jean-Christophe Nallatamby, CNRS XLIM Lab, France, visited IIT Dharwad on 21st and 22nd of August 2025 and interacted with our GaN Device Research Group. This will strengthen the research collaboration between IIT Dharwad and XLIM laboratory, France and open new vistas in our joint research collaborative activities on GaN-based RF HEMTs.
