The registration link for SPECOM-2023 is now active.

International transactions for foreign participants are also accepted.

Note:

Early bird registration deadline is October 01st, 2023 October 10th, 2023.
One Full registration is mandatory for each accepted research paper. Select the 'Register with Paper' option in the registration form.
If the Full registration for a paper is done, the remaining co-authors can register as Participants without selecting "Register with paper" option.
If you are registering as a student, you will be requested to present your student ID card at the registration desk.
ISCA members of other countries (not SAARC countries) are provided with a 10% discount. Only participants with full membership can avail of the discount. Kindly make sure that the membership is valid for the duration of the conference.
The conference will be held offline. Participants will have to mail the organizers in case they cannot attend the conference citing the reasons.
If the paper is accepted for presentation in the Satellite Workshop track, the authors have to register mandatorily for both the Main Conference and the Satellite Workshop (Choose the category "Full Registration with Satellite Workshop@Goa"). Find the track of the accepted papers here.

Travel and food arrangements will be made on the evening of the third day for participants attending the satellite workshop in Goa. Additional charges of ₹1000 per person will be collected for this service at the conference registration desk.
