The kind of work I do involves the design of analog and mixed signal integrated circuits. The work begins with a new concept, which then goes through analysis, design (schematic to layout) and subsequently, fabrication through external foundries. It ends with the testing of the fabricated chip in a lab to verify the functionality (and hence the hypothesis).
