Nagaveni S.

Nagaveni S received Ph.D. and master’s degree in Microelectronics and VLSI from IIT Hyderabad, Hyderabad, India in 2014. She is currently working as an Assistant Professor in Electrical Department at IIT Dharwad, Karnataka, India. From 2016 to 2017, she was a graduate intern with Intel Technology India Pvt. Ltd. From 2018 to 2022, she was working as a Analog Designer in Sankalp Semiconductor Pvt. Ltd, India. Her research interests include Power Management Circuits, LED Drivers, High Speed Circuits, AI/ML for Analog Circuit optimization. She is also involved in incubating a startup, "Ubiqtronics" at IIT Dharwad.

Naveen Kadayinti

Naveen received his M.Tech + Ph.D dual degree from IIT Bombay in 2017. Before joining the Microelectronics & VLSI group at IIT Dharwad, he was a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Department of Electrical Engineering, IIT Madras. In Spring of 2017-18 he served as a Visiting Faculty Member with the Department of Avionics, Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology, Thiruvananthapuram, India. His primary research interest is in high performance mixed signal circuits and instrumentation circuits.

Ruma Ghosh

Ruma Ghosh has completed her Ph.D in the year 2016 from IIT Kharagpur. She joined BITS Pilani K.K.Birla Goa Campus as an Assistant Professor in EEE Department immediately after her Ph.D. She joined IIT Dharwad as an Assistant professor in EE Department in 2017. Her research interests include development of resistive sensors for different gases, volatile organic compounds, proteins, RNAs for applications like environmental monitoring, healthcare, and precision agriculture.

Samatha Benedict

Samatha Benedict has completed her Ph D from Indian Institute of Science and Post Doctoral from University of California Los Angeles. Prior to joining IIT Dharwad she was working as an Assistant Professor in BITS Pilani, Pilani. The focus of her research work is development of flexible sensors for various biomedical signals and their integration onto a flexible platform for wearable application. She also works on material synthesis for electrochromic and thermochromic applications.

Samba Raju Chiluveru

Samba Raju Chiluveru received his ph.d from department of electrical enggininring IIT Roorkee in 2021. He has a post doc experience as senior software developer with Advanced micro Devices (AMD), Hyderabad. His current research interest are Edge computing accelerator for ML/AI applications, High performance deep learning accelerators, Inference model optimizations, Speech processing/enhancement, and Digital signal processing.

Saroj Mondal

Saroj Mondal received the B.Tech. degree in electronics and communication engineering from the West Bengal University of Technology, Kolkata, India, in 2007, the M.Tech. degree in VLSI design from the University of Calcutta, Kolkata, in 2009, and the Ph.D. degree from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Guwahati, Guwahati, India, in 2017. Currently, he is working as an assistant professor at the Department of Electrical, Electronics and Communication Engineering, IIT Dharwad, Dharwad, India. Before joining IIT Dharwad, he worked as an assistant professor with the EEE Department at BITS Pilani, Hyderabad. The span of his research interests includes micro-scale power management circuits, RF integrated circuits, and digital integrated circuits.

Vigneshwara Raja

P. Vigneshwara Raja received Ph.D. degree from the School of Electrical Sciences, IIT Bhubaneswar, India in 2019. He had postdoc experience (about four years) with XLIM Laboratory France, Ampere Laboratory France, IIT Madras India, Tel Aviv University Israel and University of Aveiro Portugal. His current research interests are GaN-based HEMTs, SiC power diodes and transistors, semiconductor radiation detectors, and trap characterization by deep level transient spectroscopy.
